Commercial Yard/Hardstanding required Basildon

Just wondering if any one has or knows of some Hardstanding land with Power/Water/Sewage available for long term rent but I need to move onto it within the next 4 week's as the land given to us from our client has been sold and we need to vacate.

Looking for around 8-9000 Sq Ft.

To be used as a site compound, so will have approx 20No 20ft storage containers, 4No 40ft offices and canteen/shower block and toilet block and multiple skips for waste segregation.

Needs to be hardstanding as most of my deliveries will be on Class 1 HGV's with heavy loads.

And for the PHers this has nothing to do with the DAYL's from Dale Farm lol

i've only just got back to basildon, been away for abit.
take it you've tried round burnt mills, paycocke road etc?

Cheers, Ive tried Burnt mills and Paycocke Road, lots of units but no land/yard as such.

Might not have anything to do with Dale farm BUT there is a nice hardstanding over there now.

Will keep an eye out tho as im sure you wont want to be on there doorstep.
