500 Abarth and M5 owner spotted - Hadlow Road

Spotted a lovely blue E39 M5 last week with PH badges on the back. Then this morning saw the same driver in a lovely little 500 Abarth with PH badges on the back. First time I've seen anyone with a sticker on.
