Christchurch evening blat in May 11th

Hi guys I organize a evening blat the 2nd Wednesday of every month for the guys over at my NZ Lotus 7 forum (www.lotus7.co.nz) another evening Blat is on the cards and the last one before winter starts, we will be heading to Little River this time, this is a new route out for us and I'm not sure how long it will take us to get there and back so we will be leaving dead on 7pm. If anyone with a interesting car (why would you be here) from this forum would like to join us you are most welcome to come along for the evening run. Please no boy racers as this is not the type of blat for you (no offence I have a fast four too).

Oscar The Grouch joined us for a quick run to the Leithfield pub this month and while we had a slight delay due to a technical issue with one of the Sevens on the blat I think he still enjoyed the company even though the run was cut to the shortest route and ended up a pretty straight run. If we have time we will stop for a drink and a chat on the way back.

Here are the details

Meeting Venue : Halswell Rd by Halswell Aquatic Center
Leaving Time : 6:45pm leaving 7pm sharp as not sure of how long its going to take us.
Route & Destination :Heading to Little River and back again with a stop at the Tai Tapu tavern on the Old Tai Tapu Rd on the way back.

I will be up for another run as long as its fine.

Roads out that way are generally ok - I was out round Motukarara and Gebbies last weekend.

Looking forward too it as well if its a fine evening, worked out its about 30mins each way so its a good 1 hour run which is fine with the Lotus forums guys.

For the run on Wed if anyone's coming im keeping a eye on the weather its forecast the occasional light shower for Wed night, if I call it off I will post here by 5:45 and no later.
