laugh That was similar to my reply to someone when we were out for a cruise around town on Friday night.

Hopefully you only get in trouble if it's a sustained loss, otherwise I was very naughty.

I'm looking forward to finding some of those empty roads in a hire car over Christmas.

Heaps of them around! Can give more specific pointers if you're in the bottom half of the South Island. hehe You won't find much snow around then though.

wink

A nice friendly policewoman pulled me over for a polite chat last year when I had kingstars on the back of the old MX5... pointed out that perhaps the roundabout in front of the cop shop wasn't the best place to indulge in a little sideways action, and that I should probably find somewhere else next time. Small town cops eh.

PS its not sustained unless theres smoke right? rofl

We'll be spending most of the time in and around Wellington. The furthest south we'll probably reach is Christchurch - if the place I booked to stay in is still standing. No way am I deliberately looking for snow.
