From The Herald this morning.

"A reader who went to Moyes in Panmure with his 67-year-old mother wasn't impressed with the service. "She was looking at a Suzuki Swift. I test-drove a car and said I would go away and think about it and the salesman told me and my mother to 'f*** off' and go and waste someone else's time. I complained but heard nothing back. Great service from a so-called reputable car yard. Mother bought a new Suzuki Swift, but not from Moyes."

This could lead to trouble I think. I would have thought the Herald would have a not naming and shaming policy like PH does.
