I'm not sure if anyone else on here is going down to the Trackday on the 21st but Logan has had a few drop-outs and is now seriously looking for bums on car-seats. It's the same format as Ben Foote's very successful event in Feb, and again uses the full A1GP track. Cost is $150 all-up for the day. Contact Logan on Ph/Fax: 07 576 7299 Mobile: 027 452 9450 or at allfiguredout@xtra.co.nz

Waiting on the report but it looks like the trailer had at least 20 violent fish-tails and was jack-knifed at some stage although that may have happened while reversing. Alternating between frustration that it happened and relief it wasn't much worse. Will have to see how much damage there is to the suspension and bodywork mounts

I hate that.... once upon a time if you left your prized possessions in the hands of a firm they would take as much or greater care of it than you would yourself.... these days there are all-too-many tales of this sort of thing going on. Companies just don't employ people with enough brains or common-sense to do the job right! Hence why I'm doing nearly all the work on SEXIGE myself, I simply wouldn't trust anyone else to do half as good a job, no matter how much I paid them.

Fingers crossed for you Graham and I hope that the damage is MORE than covered by whatever pay-out you end up getting from insurance.

(x + 2)2 - (x + 3)(x - 3) - 3(y + 5) = 0

That means sod all then?

Drove to Taupo Wednesday.Thursday dawned beautiful and fine, following freezing rain all Wed night. Drove to track, took new Fraser off trailer. New Fraser wouldn't start. Attempted roll start, clutch ceased to function. Put new Fraser on trailer, drove back to Auckland. Honda boys seemed to have a good time. There was somebody there in one of those Chrysler Station -Wagon things that look as if they are built for the Gangster with a family . Beautiful Cobra replica dumped its front suspension coming out of esses.
