Difference between the two is that one of those vids is done in real time, the second is done in many many many takes.... I don't really see the second vid as being any more impressive than your average hollywood car chase scene.

hehe Well having seen Block get some similar sideways/backwards antics happening on the special stages when he came down for the Otago Rally I can verify that he can handle a car pretty well, but he was well off the top NZRC stage times. Mind you so was Alister McRae, so thats not such a big insult.

Oh yeah there's no denying that Block can drive... but like I said, all of the videos I've seen of him on youtube seem to be these staged publicity things.... he does a lot to promote the "cool" of rallying to young people (and also sell shoes).

First video looks far more fun. Much prefer tight slow gymkhanas about car control rather than fast throwing the car sideways and seeing how afraid of death you are.
