http://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C56619 I'm sure this hideous thing is quick, but is he saying a F1 car couldn't beat an 11 sec quarter? Harrumph!

Doesn't he mean a McLaren F1 as in the BMW V12 supercar, not the Formula One racer? If so, his claims are correctamundo.

Evening

I know that car... it belongs to "Fat Arnie" and is probably one of the most overdeveloped Caterhams in existance. I met him & it at Le Mans a few years back and yes he is a little outgoing.... .
He used to be one of the big noises on the Lotus 7 Club website www.blatchat.com - along with 'Count' & 'Aves' but they have since moved on... to PH... Have a look at
http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a...

Details of the car at http://www.the-webbs.com/k2rum/k2frames.htm

It is also for sale on Pistonheads http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/677084.htm

Interesting to see the car appear in here. I use to hear about it often when I was in the UK..

cheers
Iain
