Recomendation for an Auto Electrician

I need to get my wiper motor wired to a switch so the multi speed, park functions etc work on Bad Baby. It's a wiper motor from a Marina, yes horrible I know, but it fits and has been there for 15 years with my misserable single speed, no park one wire hookup. The sparky needs to be able to select a switch and graft the two together, prefrably on a test bench so I can go and make brakets, cut fiberglass and faff about fitting it.

Ideally some one in West Auckland.
I've got a recomendation for a firm in Albany but it's a bit of a hike.
