That 2nd one reminds me of a story of a famous 50s sportscar racer stood up on his seat because he knew he couldn't rescue his car from the impending crash. He stood up and waited for impact and was fired into the trees, he survived with cuts and bruises, if he had stayed seated he would have been dead!
This would have to now be one of my all time favourites. Right click save as http://axisofoversteer.com/blog/movie

I presume he must have had all the electronic stability stuff off or something worse happening. An Enzo shouldn't understeer like that

unless it understeered because traction control was on and it wouldn't let him get the tail out?
The more advanced systems look at the steering angle / slip angle and would have allowed a portion of rear oversteer to help counteract the front understeer.
I've looked at it a number of times and would really love to see exactly what was happening for 5-6 seconds prior to the crash.
From the sound, he wasn't accelerating, just blipped the throttle mid-corner. I think the surface was dirty/marbled and the car wouldn't grip. Without throttle or brakes applied the traction control system might not activate, it would need an ESP system to apply the brakes. It would be odd if an Enzo didn't have it, as quite a few cheap shopping cars now do.
