I almost felt sorry for him, until I read the bit about 'Uninsured', and then I thought it's probably better that it's one less uninsured car on the roads!

There's also a slight Darwinian aspect to it all as well...

Yeah was in the Herald, I too felt sorry for him until I seen the bit where it said along the lines of "I use it cause all the guys use it, its to attract girls when they are in the car" Big fat loser!!!
