AU$250k for a track only toy? I'd build a monster Ultima for that much thanks, and have it road legal. On the plus side you might get away with not paying stamp duty or luxury tax on it...

Phil sent me that link back in Jan / Feb (?) The site doesn't seem to have changed much in that time.

So why would someone buy this over an Ultima?

Being a RedBack the Biosecurity types probably wouldn't let it into the country.

I like some of the suspension work they've done under the hood, despite the use of box section, hope that was only for the prototype, though, I'd have to agree, you can have a GTR for way less than 1/2 that if you're prepared to ship a 2nd hand one...

To be honest I came across the link by accident ad didn't even check the pricing. $250K is silly money. It was like when Sakers Extreme (no longer operating) or whatever were, trying to sell luxury versions of the Saker for $170K. Most people with that coin would buy a GT3 or 911TT/GT2 or a Noble (Mmmmm Noble) anyway wonder how many have been sold?
