Well here are a few teasers -
NZPC Mag said:
"What do you do when your Lotus Elise is let down by a crap factory engine?"

NZPC Mag said:
"Within seconds of owning the car, Dean knew the raw, mind-numbing 118 bhp produced by the standard 1800cc Rover K motor wasn't going to cut the mustard"

I think Dean has some serious explaining to do . . .

Anyone with a copy who would be kind enough to scan it for me? Sounds like the only car featured in NZPC that I'd be really interested in for the last 2+ years. Cheers.

Having known several people who have had cars featured the storys never match reality, its all poetic licence.

Havnt seen it yet, will have to check it out

While we're waiting for Dean to sort his sh*t out and post up a scan. I had my Honda powered Elise featured in a Dutch car mag - Autovisie.

Haven't got a clue what it say's which is probably fortunate!

I knew that was Frank talking, not you.... just means next trackday I'll have to show him exactly how close I can stick to his highly worked B18 with a mere 118bhp

No, Frank's got a B18-powered Civic

I'm saying superior chassis engineering wins on the day

I am old !!! to old to be playing with cars according to my Gran !

Just got back from Manfield, had a great time, meet up with Ian & Don (yep - a mini PH meet) who are both top blokes, had a good hoon around Manfield which is a great little track, bit lumpy in bits, but add's to it character.....

As for the article, I supplied a spec sheet, the artistic writing is none of my doing....
And no I don't want to put on wide bodied fenders....!
Target audience for that article....just remember INXS....not Dire Straits so I'll say no more !

Was shot down the water front by the TNZ base.
