Just read the local Nth Shore rag and there's an article about how the cops can't bust "P" labs in the Waitakere area as they have no funding !! its bullshit that they can still afford to put more traffic cops & scamera's on the roads.........but no get the cash to catch the bad guys who are selling stuff that I sure has a great effect on the area than the public doing 112 kph.

I quote from Police Associations rep - "They come across labs but haven't got the time and resources to effectively carry out and investigate the information"

I'm sure if the governmet could 'on sell' the "P" to get some revenue - they'd be all over it !
