Ok u lot, track day being organised by a small group of motorheads and if we can get enough exotics, they'll make up our own group 8 - 10 cars.

Myself and i think George have entered so need a more to secure the group, if there more interest then maybe get two groups.

$ 70 and its a Friday before you look so a day off work and a bit of a drive.
We are driving down Thursday, staying in Taupo for the night then drive to Manfeild that morning, then on to Wellington to catch up with rellies and back on Sunday.

If ya keen email or PM me and I'll send you the entry form.
And there's no drifters :-)

George=Me or RENN68? Because I've not entred. What's the date? MY trackay budget is extremely low at the moment and I'm reluctant until I can get these new toe-links sussed as last time at Puke was a bit too close to the limit for comfort (toe link basically fell apart on the motorway on the way home) so at the moment I'm not sure But we'll see... if I can swing it, I'll be there.

I'd like to pop along and say hello and hopefully I'll have my car organised and be able to join in.

Just got an email from the girl organising it (Chelles) she said she already has 17 entered/paid in the first week of entry opening, so its filling fast.

Don't leave it to long guys/gals, it will sell out, she has one happening on the 5th May @ Taupo which filled up in 2 weeks. Be good to get a group of like minded drivers together.....

Hi

Could be interested.. The paperwork for my car was finally approved this week so I am only one step away from getting the Cateringvan on the road.
Who do I need to contact to make a booking???

BTW there is a Constructor's Car Club "Picnic" at Manfield on the 21st May.. Basically a track day. I'm hpoing to be out to play then.

Hiya Iain, glad to hear you're getting close with the wee beast! Have you got room for a passenger on the 21st?

Don

Even if I don't get it road legal by then I'll trailer it up and still have a play (Might take the road car round the track too just to find out what that can do too)
You are more than welcome to a trip around the track with me (as are any other PH'ers who are there).. though I will just be learning my way around. I managed to get 4 laps as a passenger at the recent MG charity event, but haven't driven it yet.
