I could meet up for a drink sometime in Christchurch, fortunately for me I actually live just outside the city boundary. I say fortunate as I was in court on Wednesday, and witnessed seven council employees take 3 1/2 hours to convict two people for parking offences which earned them $24 in fines. A big thank you to the ratepayers of Christchurch for their munificence.
