Hi I have a new engine cover for the Lotus that I want to protect with some lining on the underside. Has anyone seen this stuff recently in shops. I know you can by the wide tape anywhere, but I was going to go for the sheeted stuff.

Cheers

My 'aluminised' stuff is Thermotech from Cardwells in Albany.

It can be stuck down with a urathane or Ados type product.

Phil (at Greenhithe Automotive) did mine and is currently working on an imported Lambo kitcar.

Forman Insulation have a variety of heat shield and will be cheaper than a race supply shop.

Meeting up with a "John P" tom. They want to see what has been done to make a proper recommendation. Gosh all I wanted was some thin foil. Sounds like they know what I need so game on!!

It's all lies, lies, damn lies I tell you . . .

That's what happens when you've been best mates since 8 years-old
