Performance Car/NZV8 Dragmasters at Meremere UK Visitor

Hi every one, I am coming over to NZ from the UK on holiday and am going to Meremere Drags on the 7th. I could not come all this was and not go and see V8's drag racing. I was just wondering if any PH'ers were going? Just for background I own a VX1 HSV Clubsport R8 in the UK and love the sound of V8's on full song!

I'm not going to the drags but it's had quite a lot of coverage so expect a big crowd. In the past the traffic has got so bad at Meremere that the late-comers have been turned away by the police, so plan to get there early.

Quite a few of us are attending a Trackday at Pukekohe on the 5th.
