I've been waiting 5 weeks for the arrival of my Elise and the boat won't arrive till Friday now :(

I couldn't drive it for weeks before I put it in a container because I was away for three weeks in China.

Never underestimate the ability of LTSA / LTNZ to completely up the paperwork and delay approving a car for that vital extra day.

Well the car is in Auckland safe and well - but the container it arrived in was infested with spiders!

So the whole lot has to be fumigated. Car looks pretty clean so hopefully it wont need any further treatment by min of ag. keep your fingers crossed for me and I could be on the road by this weekend!
