Whats a cheapish pad I can fit in the daily driver that dosent have a lot of brake dust. After these ones wear our I am changing them for something else. One drive after the wheels all cleaned up and they are really grey/black again. They dont have to have race quality materials, just good enough like the std ones on it. For a 97 Audi.

Opinions would be great :)

LOL I put some EBC green stuff in the Lotus once and hated their performance, but the wheels didn't go black. I was hopig for something a little cheaper for the daily. I think 0800 brakes might only stock expensive pads as well.

Greenstuff wasn't TOO bad... something like Bendix Metal Kings were also reknowned for having less dust but are harsher on brake discs.... what you need is some MMC brakes like I have on the 'liz .... almost completely dustless.... and pads last about 85,000km! The're bloody expensive to replace though... oh and they barely work in the wet.

What do you mean the EBC Greenies werent that good? they are in my Esprit and work excellent. Yeah but after a good trash at Puke they do create dust but nothing a hose dont fix. If you want less dust how about just a cheapo set of pads? I have some cheapy Bendix ones in my Ferrari for the street. Excellent for town etc, but only do one lap at Puke and they fade! But no dust!!!!

I wasn't impressed with the bite they give and not much difference than the stock pads. Gave them two very hard lashings on the track and starting going spongy on me. It was evident when the Mintex pads went in to tell the difference. Am sure they would be more than suitable for the daily though. Might just go there again yet!!
