Just scanning the Tuscan forums wearing my anorak
Am I mistaken or do you own New Zealands only Tuscan?
If so can you let us all know how you got it on the road?

Did you email Hardcore direct? From his posts it sounds almost like he is a recent owner, not someone that has had his car in the country for a couple of years. I just hope he hasn't slipped under the net and gets stiffed like a certain Chimaera owner!

Hi Jamie, no I haven't emailed him,I sure don't want anyone to get stiffed, however if your going on a public forum saying youve got a Tus in NZ, you'd expect a hello to the homeboys possibly?
PS the CHEV/CHIM's finaly home.
Are you comming for a run on the 28th

I haven't been out with you guys yet because I'm afraid your big snarly 5.0litre engines will gang-up on my little 4.0litre! ;-)

That and I usually have 100 other things to do on weekends (the wife, kids and beer are so demanding!). I did spend last weekend with Mike from ASG transferring the battery from the footwell to the boot. I can now sit in the passenger seat, stretch my feet out in front of me and still have 12 inches of room for my toenails to grow into! Next job is to rip out that useless fan arrangement and finally provide for some decent cooling/heating in the cockpit (the current fan is poked anyway). Then I'll be able to put it all back together again!

Which of the Chimaeras has arrived?

I may be able to get out and about on 28th though if everything goes according to plan.....

I think anyone wanting to know Hardcore's current position should email him directly - I don't think a public forum is appropriate for this topic.

I'm going up to Auckland next week with work, and am spending the weekend catching up with me old mate Esprit.
Would be a chance of another spare seat for me too?

I've never been in a TVR.

What year/colour/spec' is your car hardcore? Where did you get it from and how long have you owned it?

Have you had any electrical problems? I've heard the electrics are as troublesome as the early SP6 engines!

I see you wrote off a Griffith 500 too! You have a bit of a history with TVRs then. Have many of them have you owned/driven? What year/spec' was the car you wrote-off - I like to keep abreast of TVRs in NZ and I know of most of the cars.

Sorry for all of the questions, but it's not often we get a new TVR owner from NZ, especially when they've got a Tuscan!
