Now that we never hear from Kylie (dig) who is putting together the hoon.

last one I went on I had a blast and meet some very cool people (you know who you are)

so who is in charge of the next one?

We could probably meet up at either of those two events since I'm sure lots of us are doing them! Are people doing the fun run before the concours too?

I think that one might have been to Waihi. All the ones I've been on had a destination. Somewhere for lunch.

edit:
PS. This time of year there will be something most weekends:
Anybody like to add to this list? I'm sure I've forgotten something.

Johnny...good idea to list "Auckland events" over the next 3 months....Off topic, but it makes me think that we should have a list up like this all the time & anyone can add or update it...as is the case with other countries on P. Heads.

March 2 feels a long way ahead....I know super tourers are 16th & 17th...but what about Feb 17th....anyone wanting to see V8 tourers can go along on the Saturday.

Mike...yep, always good to have an end point for lunch and get together....also gives a chance for the stragglers to catch up.tank

Think we need to calendar a date, then the route/drive/lunch will be no problem.

Yes Brendon, I though of a live list. Should have one for each region. I wonder if they can be made sticky by PH admin?
Then it's just a case of copy and paste the posts over time to add new items on and drop of those that have passed.
I think continuing posts is best so anyone can update the information.

Mike,
16/17 sounds Ok to me too. I don't even mind if it's the Saturday 16th. 23rd Feb is good also.

If you are going the fun way you'll be going past, the Pizza Barn in Waipu and Seachange Cafe in Ruakaka http://www.seachangecafe.co.nz/
Both also good options for a meal.
