NZ Ultimas

A couple of years ago I seem to remember a company advertising Ultimas in NZ - I think I even exchanged emails with them. Does anyone know who this may have been and whether there are any currently in NZ? I seem to remember someone mentioning they'd seen one racing but I can't be 100% sure about that.

Seeing as the Post Office will gladly let you register someone else's car in your name without any supporting documentation, will they also generate a report of the number of cars there are in the country for a given marque? I'd like to know if there are any Ultimas registered, obviously, but I'd also like to know the actual number of TVRs too as I always get asked that question.

I seem to remember one being in NZPC magazine YONKS ago (which was where my love affair with them began) wearing number plates with Continental Cars Wellington surrounds on them. If that helps...

It was a blue Oz-based one. Issue 50, Feb 2001.
