Is it one month minimum remaining WOF when buying from a LMVD?

The WoF must be no more than 1 month old, whether it is a private or dealer sale.

Cool!
But the way I read it is that the buyer and seller can also agree to change ownership even if it is older then one month, or without one . The seller just needs to get that agreement from the buyer in writing.

Thanks for replies.

I read it that dealer has obligation of 1 month minimum WOF on sale of a vehicle.

Yeah sorry that too... buyer has to agree to settle for less...
