Hi guys im back from Aussie now and itching to get out in the car.

With the shiity weather on the east coast due to break on Sat and the forcast for it to be clear on Sunday it could be the ideal day for snow run to Arthurs Pass like I did with the lotus 7 forums last year, I know my mate Clive will be keen in his Lotus 7 replica and I will be checking with him by txt today, if anyone else is interested post here and I will sort out a time and start place.

Cheers Stephen

Some pics from last years run

Hi KB. Speaking of 7 + snow, I take it you've seen Evo #168 page 86 :-)

Is that the one with the Caterham driving in the snow, if so yes.

And Johns pics
Johns Pics (Jsmnz)

I've got much the same photos, except for this one, where you can clearly see Stephen saying 'Gee, I've always wanted one of those Frasers.....'

Or perhaps he is actually saying, 'Gee, what a heap of s...!!!'

And if you had any doubt is was cold, even the gorse looks cold...

We had a balmy -5° on sunday morning in the deep south, looks about the same for you! Top stuff smile makes me wish I still had a convertible (though the MX5s were always a bit saner than a Seven) hehe

bow Hats off to you guys. I found that road scary enough with torrential rainwater pouring over it. The possibility of hitting snowfall up there doesn't bear thinking about.
