There's a few of us on here. No interesting car for me at the moment unfortunately, just a Honda Accord Euro (not exactly rare in Wellington...)

Hi & welcome to Welly

Stop!

Carry on....

Yes there are a few of us here... just waiting for the Weloc crowd to appear (Wellington Lotus owners.. they put up with me in my Caterham). Most trips out from here involve the wirarapa, which seems much better than slogging up SH 1.
What do you drive Lardy?

Hello from a Welloc bod in Wellington!

Wheels - S1 Elise, 106 Rallye, and for when I'm feeling dull... a tractor engined Audi smile

Blat's - mostly over the hill and around the Waiararapa. Also get to the track whenever I can for my kicks in the Elise - Manfeild's good and not too far away, Taupo's great, but a bit of a hike.

New to Wellington?

OK ... W-a-i-r-a-r-a-p-a It's not THAT hard to spell....

We used to live in Lower Hutt, but now moved out to Wairarapa.

The drive over the hill is great for a blast, and it's challenging too, some great (and dangerous) twists and turns to have fun with. Watch out around Upper Hutt and out to Kaitoke as the cops are quite often lurking around with the speed guns...

When you are over the hill, there are some good roads out to various places, with good scenery to enjoy too, and not many cops.

Hi guys,

New to Wellington, making a return after 19 years away back in the UK!

Really I'm based in the Hutt.

I've brought some wheels with me from the UK a '99 Boxster (bog std 2.5) which is a great drive and not too quick. Daily driver is an import Scooby Legacy 2.0 non turbo.

My Dad belongs to LEC (Lotus Elan Central) back in the UK he's got an M100 (he's owned four over the last five years!) and is just swapping in some S2000 seats.

Trip over the Rimutaka sounds like it's in order at some stage. Maybe we meet up at some point.

All the best guys,

TBL
