Christchurch evening Blat in Wed 20th July (if fine weather)
Discussion
Hi guys I another evening blat is on the cards for Wed July 20th and have posted the details at the Lotus 7 forum I run and would like to extend a invite out to any PH'ers who would like to join us with there interesting cars.
Meeting Venue : Cashmere Rd by Princess Margaret Hospital (use the car parks at Hoonhay Rd end)
Leaving Time : 6:45pm leaving 7pm sharp
Route & Destination : Heading up to Dyers Pass and thru Govenors Bay and to Gebbies pass and then back to Halswell on the old Tai Tapu rd where we will get back on to Cashmere rd and then on to Centurus Rd and on to Port Hills Rd and over into Garlands Rd in Woolston where we will stop at the newly opened pub called the Brewery (plenty of parking and you can get a coffee too) I know this route brings us back into town and its the first time I have done that on these runs, but as its winter i will keep it too this short format. I must confess I will be bringing the MX5 as the my Lotus replica will be getting its gearbox replaced.
Also its weather dependent which means if its raining its off but if a southerly is due through I will be watching the weather and post here by 6pm if its called off. Please post here if your interested or need any more info
Cheers Stephen
