Ratted polo

Driving up the Doagh rd in whiteabbey yesterday evening and the police had pulled over a ratted polo towing a trailer made from the front half of another polo. At first glance i thought the ratted polo was actually a burnt out car but as i passed it realised it was deliberatly looking like something driven straight out of a scrap yard.
Just wondering if anyone knows the car and did they get pulled because the police thought it was a scrapper or because of the trailer?
