Hi.Im after a Chimaera.Ive had many performance cars over the years but never a TVR andI've always hankered after one-probably a Chimaera.Trouble is-Ive never even seen one in the flesh so really don't know what to expect in terms of build quality, driving position, what to look out for etc.. - except what Ive read on here and elsewhere.I know its a big ask but does anyone on here have one that I could have a look around?and maybe point out some of the pitfalls.I can assure you that this is not a scam-I am genuinely interested in buying one.Paul Hamill 07780668386.Thanks.

Hi Paul,
There are a number of Chimaera's for sale in N. Ireland.
Easy to maintain and cheap enough to insurance these days also good as an everyday car.
Currently know of a stunning 450 Chimaera black with full TVR Service History, just MOT'd end of last year, also 2 others I am aware of as well.

You could come along to the TVRCC meeting on the first Saturday in Feb at La Mon House Hotel.

Get in touch and will gather more information for you.

Cheers

I've been toying with the idea of selling my Chimaera (based in Lisburn).

Mark

For a Tvr move from a 968 I would recommend you try a Speed 6 engine machine eg,Tamora Tuscan.T350.

Get your selves down to the Kirkistown Track on 31st May and see what a Chimaera can do for you.

RV8 all the way, good and meaty power with no engine problems and looks to die for....

Griff boys will be on my back now, but what the heck, Chimaera's rock!!!!!!!

Come down and check out the range of TVR's on the 31st May, you never know you may even get a couple of new customers to polish up their cars..

Cheers

Hi yeah you need a helmet for the track day, we do not have spares.
You do not need to pre book, cost is £90 and we run all day, as per our chat on the phone, its great day and you will learn so much about you car and yourself on the day, what you can do will surprise you

looking forward to Monday
