Anyone here going to the Trackday at Kirkistown on Aug 5th?
Discussion
Hi, yes I'm bringing the Cerbera along. I hear from another pher, markh, that the day is well run, relaxed and that there is good instruction.
In fact you even get told off for not getting on track enough!
I'm hoping for rain - got new boots on the cerby and we haven't had a track day in the wet yet.
Looking forward to it, apparently it isn't going to be that busy.
Mate Trevor from Sureclean is bringing his Alfa 147GTA along for it's track debut - that could be one to watch out for.
Cheers.

Thanks for that Garth, - I've not heard of the organisers previously.
I'd love to give the spider a 'run out' - (even though went through a set of pads after five laps last time!) - just hope I can get back from London for the weekend,
Hope to catch up with all there
& have a good one

It was an excellent day, well marshalled and well run. I can't wait til next year now, although they are toying with the idea of limiting the numbers next yr as there were 68 cars being tracked or something. It suited me fine coz the brakes needed that extra bit of time to cool down.
Roll on next year!!
