Mechanic recommendation in Belfast area

Hello all,
My brakes are squeaking so I'd like to get it sorted before it drives me insane.
I've taken the calipers off and lubed up the back of the pads and pad mounts with Plastilube and gave the caliper pins some red grease and given everything a good ol' clean and wire brush treatment but it hasn't worked (well it did for a day or two then started up again).
I could use recommendations for someone who could take a look but not fleece me as I'll be getting a new car in 6 months time or so.

They only squeak when I apply the brake, generally driving round town speeds and coming to a stop - so fairly light pressure. If I hit the brakes hard, at higher speeds like leaving the motorway for example it doesn't tend to happen.
The squeak happens all the way down to about 4-5mph then stops. It happens for say 95% of the rotation of the wheel when the brake is applied, then say 5% of silence but of course if I'm going fast enough it just sounds like a continuous squeak.
I can't tell if it's the front or back but it's definitely only happening on one side of the car. Pads and discs are all Genuine Volvo parts made by ATE I believe. The pads all round are a year old with plenty of life and the discs are about 4 years old.
Everything looks fine, no weird scoring or bits sticking out and the discs seemed thick enough when I used a vernier. If they are warped somehow I wouldn't be able to tell. All seems seated OK and everything is able to move freely.
I enjoy maintenance so gave it a go myself but I don't have the knowledge to diagnose the problem! I was hoping a few blobs of plastilube, red rubber grease and copaslip in the right places would have helped but no such luck.

I had the squeak a year ago and went to the dealer - they said for the cost of having someone take a look and take things apart I may as well just get the pads replaced, so I did that. Maybe that was just a sales pitch but to be fair the difference in quotes for both was the cost of the pads.
It went away for a few months after my visit then came back and has been there ever since.
Bit frustrating to replace the pads with so much life left but I don't want to risk failing the MOT (next month) somehow. Just need to keep it going for 6 months until I get my new car!

Basically I'm saying the same thing...
For cost it will take to pay someone else to inspect everything.....it'd be as handy to throw a set of pads at it yourself.
You've already had everything apart, so presumably you've a bit of an idea that everything is moving freely and nothing odd or seized or looks too badly wrong.
And the same brand OEM use arent always the same pad OEM use, although Ate would be at the better end of makes.
