Hi guys,

I'll be heading down for the Octane.ie monthly cars & coffee on Sunday next week - 4th Sept. For those of you that haven't been to one of these meets yet they are a fab bunch of guys with an amazing collection of really diverse stuff and there are usually some pretty rare sights.

(It's also worth mentioning that they have some pretty amazing photographers )

I promised my fellow Octaners that on collection I would bring the 1M down and I thought I'd mention it on here in case a convoy might be in order.
If anyone's interested I'm thinking the arrangements should be as follows:

Meet at Sprucefield carpark (near McDonald's) at 830am for a prompt 9am departure. Followed by a nice relaxed cruise down with a stop off at services if required.

Details of the location are:

Cars & Coffee number eight, of 2011, Cherrywood Business and Tech. Park, will take place on Sunday morning, Sep 4th, meeting anytime from 10.30am onwards.
Take exit 16 from the M50, and follow the road to the complex, park up in the large car park opposite the Spar store on the immediate right upon entering the gate.
This venue so far has proven to be a great success, it is quiet on a Sunday morning, with minimal public traffic, and we have the permission and blessing of both the site security, and store owner.
Take care on the approach road to the complex, it is a three lane road, and very easy to break the limit(60km/h) but it is often policed with speed traps.

Soooooo anyone interested in a run before the snow sets in ???......

Ali,
Can you get in and change the thread title.
We might get a few more to go down to the next one if they know there is another one?

they seem a decent bunch down there and there is some tasty metal too

worth the trip.
