Hi all, can anyone recommend me a place in Norwich to get my squash racquet restung? I managed to snap the strings tonight and I got another game in a few days time.

All help greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Flipper

Mods - I know this is a sporty question but can you please leave this in here for a while as I thought I might get a better response. Thanks

Hi there, I had my squash racket restrung at Pilch sports in norwich, which is next to Jarrolds, opposite the travel agents.

I had a choice of strings, cost about £30.

Someone external to the place does it, he collects the rackets on a tuesday and brings them back on a friday, so its not instant.

Played last night and its a much better

Thanks, I had seen Pilch did restringing, but, I thought I'd ask and see if there was anyone else that did it. I guess thats where I'll have to go.

Cheers Flipper

I don't know if this is just bad luck but I've had 3 or 4 rackets re-strung in the past and soon after, the racket frames have cracked - for the cost of a fairly descent new racket from Sports Direct (£30-40) I tend to go down that route now!
