Counting down the weeks now until the first shows of the new season. Tell me, what are your top two shows and why. Great cars and company is a given.

P.S where has Simpo gone?

No No Darren, this post is not intended as a prompt for your shows list, you've be at the job long enough for everybody to feel confident you do not let us down.
Its a genuine question as I am looking to see if any shows are about that I do not know of or not yet attended. (look forward to your list just the same)smile

Whoops! Misread your OP sillypaperbagspin

My top two shows? scratchchin
I enjoy them all, hence why I attend them, but if I would have to choose.....

1) Lavenham because of the sheer number of vehicles and the lovely town - so far, I've never managed to walk around the town, and I've never seen all the cars who attend rolleyeshehe

2) Kimbolton, as the show is in the grounds of a stunning school, and there many car clubs and individuals from all over the region, not to mention the country fayre element is very enjoyable.

Kimbolton is defo a must, very good show and enjoyable day out. Thurston was really nice, small show but lots of different interesting cars. Rougham is a good one especially on the airshow and military display days.

Keep up the good work Daz, your doing brill job.

My favourite is Helmingham Hall........Great location....beautiful mote around the house...lovely gardens....dogs aloud.....hundreds of cars. Downside is the £10 charge, but I think its worth it. Its a charity event !!!!
I hope you are doing that one again this year Darren.

I've not been to the Kimbolton event, sounds good. Is this the show that Tankerman introduced to EAPH.

I'm not a car show type really, but I do love the Ufford get together. Purely for the number and quality of the pre-war turnout.
