Looking for a small unit/warehouse share for a club

As a few of you know I have a Scalextric Club in Norwich. The unit we're in at the moment is going to be sold after Christmas so we're on the lookout for a small unit, an upstairs somewhere or maybe someone has some space in a large warehouse. We're only there a couple of evenings a week.

If anyone can help or put the word out that would be greatly appreciated.

As much as we can as we have a 2nd track but no space, where we are at the moment is 42ft x 19ft.

That is around 800 sqft! You will have find it hard to get somewhere that size cheap.

There may be a unit coming up round my way soon, but you ar looking at £450/month. Another unit has an upstairs mezanine unused, but it will not be big enough.

Any idea of the size of the unit coming up, if it was big enough to fit 2 tracks something around that price would be ok.
