Smart Repair around the Ipswich / Norwich / Bury area?

Got what looks like a small dent in the wing of my ZT (and perhaps a small scratch on the bumper).

Any recommendations?

Thanks for the recommendations, but I took it to a bodyshop today who said there was no point paying and that it'd pop out... little bit of work behind it and it's almost invisible.

Little bit of T-Cut and i'm sure it'll be fine... not that I really see why I should have to spend hours outside in the cold because my GF's Mum can't look behind her when she reverses...

Thanks Tol, didnt want to give the impression that I am here to promote my business, far from it, im a proper petrolhead and would rather offer advice first to those that need it and save them money, thats what enthusiasts do.
