Curious as to the current power output of my car, and was wondering how much I would be looking for just to find this out on a rolling road.

Location wise i'm between Ipswich / Bury St. Edmunds.

Prices vary, maybe £50 ish

Try http://www.fmsauto.co.uk/ based in Ipswich. It's only a 2WD rolling road though.

[edit] on their website they say they are the only rolling road in Suffolk

There are not too many rolling roads in East Anglia, it`s too flat, but there are plenty of cheap roads!...boom boom. i.e. no maintenance...council employees pensions and perks come before infrastructure maintenance, which are key to a successful economy, which in turn generates tax revenue...oooops going off path onto a rant.

^^^^ This. Rindy at Frost Motorsport is a top bloke. He has forgotten more about cars than most people will ever know.

He runs power days for lots of local clubs but his rr is 2wd only tho.

Shame no good for you.

£30 all in for anyone interested (two runs, powergraph and free tea/coffee)

APT Norwich have 4x4 www.ap-tuning.co.uk I'm not sure of his fee though

Finally got round to going today... was a little nervous as it's in a bit of a dodgy area, but I needn't of worried when I found it there were 3 Lotus 7's and a Diablo parked outside!

Obligatory pictures

And it only cost me £40 smile

I thought the power looked rather low until I saw that the car is a CDTI 135. smile

Hmmm... never been to a RR before. But would like to get a dyno print out for the SC MR2 before doing a pulley swap.

Anyone know if Rindy is still doing this? I've tried calling him, but the number isn't recognized, and his emails just bounce :S

Finally got through to him - the website etc is gone, but he's still going. Annoyingly, he's moved (which I didn't realize till I drove all the way to Ipswich) to Mendlesham (Scholar Engines)...

And the obligatory shots...
