Great day - as the organisers said they booked the weather
Well done to all the RAF guys and girls for a well run event
Sat Pics only from me (sorry) and most of the track shots are taken by Kath (I loaned my camera to a non participating support) so it was what caught her eye
Loads more in the album but they will be repeats of the cars above - anyone want high res versions let me know

A big thanks to all concerned from me. After visiting as a passenger last October this was my first trackday ever, and the Camry might not have seemed an obvious choice but I had a blast in it! Front tyres down to the canvas when I'd finished my last session, fuel light starting to come on and it had behaved impeccably all day for the 150-odd track miles I did in it.
Hopefully I didn't get in anyone's way too much, the Camry doesn't have a lot of grunt, but I was more than happy with how I did behind the wheel and I was gaining confidence through the day. Thank you to Stuart for giving me some guidance on a few laps.
Despite low numbers there was an excellent array of cars. My passenger (with the black Riley in the pits) was very impressed with it all and will be back in october with something from his own fleet. He does plenty of car activities with SCCON and on historic rallies so knows his stuff.
Ian, everyone from the RAF and anyone else who helped out, thank you!
Edit: A photo or two...
Edit 2: Thanks also to Rob for taking me out on some entertaining and instructive laps in the Nova. A shame for him and all concerned over the Skoda roll.

What a lovely day Saturday was - the usual ecelectic mixture of cars and the best weather I think that I can remember at any of the Marham track days. The MG behaved herself, although track time was a bit self-limited by needing to keep the engine and tyres in one piece for Le Mans in June, it was fun out on the track and, for a change, watching some of the action from the paddock. Hope sunday was equally good, many thanks as usual to all of the marham volunteers for their time and effort in putting together the traditionally slick, relaxed and enjoyable event.

have to agree, saturday was a awesome day, good weather, good company and really good fun, as my car didnt break this time, had a couple of chats with ian, one quite early on and one during the lunch break, thanks to the lads with the subarus who took my wife and my mates round the track a few times was very good of them, which made the day even more enjoyable and a big tank you to the RAF allowing us to use the airfield once again and the marshalls for makng the day run smoothly.

Big thanks to everyone from me too -as others have said, it was a fantastic day, well organised, great weather (on Saturday) and courteous driving. I met some great people and the Gordon-Keeble behaved itself, though I was down a bit on power as the secondaries were not opening fully. I also wished I'd had a set of old tyres to rip up, as tyre wear was frightening!
No stills, but I've posted a couple of in-car videos at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ed2K-MEDAVs
and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mZue2ZpzES0
Note: edited to change url for second video -the sound was out of sync on the first upload.

I had a blast on the saturday! I have a few pics from saturday, not many though. Swift behaved impecably considering it hasn't been on the road for over a year, and MOT'd on the tuesday before the event. I think many people enjoyed a quick drive/passenger in it over the day.
2 things,
1) as Christoff said, the marshall point before the pit complex was a little difficult to see at any distance and I for one went past the pit entry as I didn't see the red and yellows in time. But there isn't anything much that can be done there- the marshalls need to be "on" the corner to see events as they occur. Maybe a bit more "vision express" from me was required.
2)anyone else find the yellow bits entering the "piano keys" a bit slippery? I was suffering from an amazing lack of grip all day though, so it might have just been me. Added to fun
Those are not gripes at all, it was my best Marham so far (my 6th!). Only dissapointing thing is I only killed one tyre- booo!
My pics will be along later. The chap with the E28 BMW posted his pics on forum5- http://forum.bmw5.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=55...
And if anyone pics of my swift in action, I'd love to see it
Big thanks to all the organsisers and volunteers- you are all awesome!

Another great day (saturday for me), I'll echo Bodieandoyle to say I reckon it was my best one yet too. I was a bit disappointed that there was no 2nd drift session which I was really looking forward too! I was told it was to be the final session of the day, but when I pulled up I asked the guy on the track gate and got a resounding "NO".
Apart from that I had a blast. Oh and thanks to Ian for the lift in the awesome Monza!

Some good action pic's on this Flickr account, I think from people with the black Accord.

Though sadly none of your Swift Edd. I'm pleased to have found a few of mine, I thought it would be somewhat 'invisible'.

I've just spent an enjoyable chunk of my lunchtime watching them, I look forward to seeing them again tonight with sound! Looks like you've caught the laps where we drove around in close company - leaving aside the fun I had driving my own car, watching such wonderful cars like yours in action at close quarters is a real highlight of this for me!and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6sL3NLZFROY

I had a long and enjoyable chat with your friend with the Riley -nice guy, and he's got quite a collection.
Hi guys. I'm one of the photographers (I'm the one who was hanging out the back of the safety car on Sunday) who was covering both days and I'm currently sorting through over 1000 photos so hopefully they should be here:

By the end of the week. We are only selling them for cheap but all proceeds go to charity so please buy as many as you can - it really helps a worthy cause.
Any probs post here.

Once again a fantastic day made better by the Mini still being in one piece at the end of it Old thing doesn't have the best reliability record and buzzing a stock scrap pile found A+ at 6k for most of the track I was braced for an epic fail but it seems to have taken the abuse in it's stride. Unlike the dynamo that squealed like I don't know what by the end of the day, but you can't have everything
Thanks to all who organized and to Rob0r for throwing my trackday virgin bro the keys for his 318is. He's now talking about prepping his Sapph' for the track, may have created a monster
