PHEA Monthly Meet - Sunday 28th March
Discussion
Greetings from Doha! I've got a couple of hours waiting around so thought I'd post up to let you lot know about this month's pub meet
As I'm not in the country, I won't be able to attend this meet, but don't let that put you off!
For this month's meeting, PHEA will be heading back to the Rose and Crown in Stanton, near Bury St EdmundsMAP LINKY HERE
The usual times of 12:30pm meeting time, for 1pm grub still applies
If you'd like to come along, simply add you name to this thread or email me to give me a rough idea of numbers.
It's all rather informal, so feel free to decide on the day. If you're a newbie, head on down and meet some regular faces, however I'll have to catch you in April!
Take it easy everyone!
Darren

Next time Crofty! (Sunday 25th April - Darren will post in due course)
Despite a few grey clouds today the weather held up and we had 10 for lunch. My call to the pub hadn't been passed to the landlady and she seemed rather grumpy, but at least the waitresses were abundant and cheerful and the service was excellent, which is the main thing

I had lunch there yesterday, and had a similar experience. Landlady who could have been a bit more welcoming but great waitresses. My call to the pub hadn't been passed to the landlady and she seemed rather grumpy, but at least the waitresses were abundant and cheerful and the service was excellent, which is the main thing
