setting up bike carbs

Can anyone recommend a rolling road in the Norfolk/Suffolk areas where they have experience and ability to set up bike carbs on a Zetec engine

TCS performance although might b a bit far as they are in bishops stortford

Rolling road for bikes but not cars...but plenty of bike AND car expertise and excellent diagnostic test equipment too...nice guys!
