My annual heads up for those that have an interest in historic cars. First Saturday in April at the White Lion, Ufford. Last year was beer, barbque, live jazz music and good company. Oh, and an selection of fabulous Bugatti, Bentley of course, 14lt of La France and an huge selection of most vintage makes being driven to the venue and parked up for most of the day. Moderns can always find parking around the village and pop along for what must be the most interesting historic vehicle day out, and all at no charge. Believe me when I say this is not an collection of motley old bangers!!

I put quite a few pics on last years thread. I think for the size of the get together you'd be hard beat to get a better mix of pre war cars and post war interesting stuff.

Not sure at all which club these Bentley drivers belong to, but the event is founded by this group of individuals. As Eccles testifies, its well worth having an look, cyclecars to 14lt Le France and most vehicles of interest in between. The Bugatti last year had racing provenance and was the star of the event IMHO.

Excellent to see that this bash has been added to the list of events organised by John and Darren. For those attending you are respectfully asked to park on the roadside, loads of space and no double yellows. The paddock area next to The White Lion pub is the area set aside for the historic cars. Its an good day out and proper beer on tap beer
