The PHEA Summer BBQ thread

Sounds like an excellent plan and I do agree with John that Dazza should be allowed to get pi***d like the rest of us for once (and it would be funny
.)
To make a few subtle suggestions:
The Lambo club organise a hotel where you can either book a room or just come for the day/evening. The next day we all go for a run to a local attraction. Its really good fun and its flexible. It also very easy to organise as once you have some idea of numbers (and advise to get deposits!) then leave the rest to the hotel/pub to do.........easy pleasey!!! The deposits then get forwarded to the Hotel/Pub.
Probably suggest a pub + B&B rather than a hotel based on cost, but getting one big enough, with rooms, and entertainment maybe could be a challenge but I'm sure it could be done.

Marham Track days in April and Sept are my organisational contributions to the EA Section and to be honest I could do without either but it's nice to give something back so I'll carry on unless someone else wants it more

Didn't he promise a spring party and summer barbeque at his.... with a run which he will organise first, parking for everyone, lots of food and drinks (all supplied by him), oh and... a sleepover ....???
