as said seen a lotus climbing a sign post today only got about 2 feet up it but not a bad attempt. it was just after the hospital roundabout before thickthorn roundabout on the a47. it has taken a few cars there. going too fast around it then loosing the back end and usually hitting the barrier before going up the verge on the nearside. driver was ok but the car needs a nose job.

Saw that too as I headed the other way in the Griffith (first drive of it in 4mths) and I was having fun, always a useful reminder.

The stty bit about that roundabout is that crest just as you come off it causing weight transfer, add in light weight, rw drive, no TC?, wet and it's always gonna be a potential hazard.

Yep saw this too, was an Evora. They were just recovering it when I was heading towards the city.

I was picking my Audi up from Stratton Motor Company and mentioned this accident to the bodyshop guy.

They are one of the Lotus repairers around here, and had heard nothing about it. So the car's nothing to do with SMC.
He guessed it could have a factory-owned car.
