has anyone got any recommendations for wheel refurb around norwich/dereham,they are 17inches off my skoda

It depends what you require.

Complete refurbs, where your wheels will have to go away, or minor scuff repairs where the wheel are be repaired in situ.

New Image in Norwich are good. It's been a long time since I used them, so I don't know any up-to-date prices. But there details are:

I've had a scuff repair completed on the Audi, by Wicked Wheels, and it gave a flawless finish.
It was £60 to repiar. They can also take away wheels for complete refurb's for around £95. They quoted me 3 days as a time scale. The added bonus with these guys is that they come to you.

As well as Aerocoat out Yarmouth way, I would highly recommend BA Wheels in Norwich. They are on Marriott Close opposite the entrance to Robinson Merc dealership.

I have tried to persuade Darren to use them as I have had quite a few sets done by BA whilst running Evo Valet and always had a excellent finish and service from them...

I'd actually totally forgotten about them
I've not required totally refurbs in a while, but I'll note them down and enquire as and when a do

LOL....s'okay mate....I know you love em at New Image....and they love you....I think you single handedly keep them profitable....

Hope the aRSe end of the RS has been swinging about in a respectable fashion........oh and by the way, the manager of Tesco's wants a word.....
