PH have their monthly pilgrimage on the 14th December. Always a good turnout.

http://pistonheads.co.uk/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&amp... Cafe all marques meet - Monday 14th December

I have been wanting to go all year, but never got round to it. It is one of the places a true petrolhead should go at least once. I am determined to go this year.

How about a tunnel run or something at the same time?

Cheers

Eddy

I tried to goto the last one but work conspired against me. I'd be up for going provided I can get a couple of hours off work.

Always fancied a trip to the Ace Cafe, so i would be up for that if it can be arranged. Kim may have to drive as wrist being held together at the moment with metal work after motorbike accident, but how ahrd can it be to make a quattro turbo go fast!!

Had a fry-up there a couple of weeks ago, hit the spot! it's just a regular greasy spoon.

We must try and get to the Ace cafe at some point, but I think slightly more agreeable temperatures are called for. I did a tunnel run right at the start of the year and found it to be a bit of a waste of time, even at 3am you still got caught up in traffic and once you'd lost the person in front no amount of route checking could help. Good luck with getting there in 2 hours, is Dr Who taking you tongue out

Fast Eddy, I took the liberty of adding the date to the title so people will be more likely to clock it and sign up.

Hi Guys

I am up for a Ace Cafe run but not this time of year. It only needs 1" of snow and the car will disappear out of sight.........I'll have to dig her outbiggrin

Have a good one and I will join you in the warmer....and dryer months. Lp640 Roadster rag tops are really as st as they say they are - 15mins and a doctorate in the Krypton Factor required!!

Hi Guys,

I am sorry but I can't make it tonight.

My father died yesterday and there is a lot of things to sort out.

I will hopefully catch up with you in the new year.

Yes, see you later Darren and any others.
It will be cold, but should be dry at least.
This is only a taster so not expecting a large response due to the time of year. We will do another run in the summer.
