Looking to upgrade our bathroom and ensuite soon.

Main bath needs new flooring as laminate is ste (previous owners) and looking to replace with solid wood flooring.

Ensuite needs gutting and replacing with wood flooring as well, along with that 'high class hotel look'.

Anyone recommend any Norfolk companies to try and indeed to steer clear of?

I've always found the complete bath store (just by the john lewis car park entrance) to be pretty helpful.

Rich,

I think it is the Complete Bath shop on Ber Street he means.... I did think about The Bath Store by the Bus Station but have seen posts warning about them on the Homes & Garden threads....;)

myself & the parents have had stuff supplied by Aylsham Bathroom & Kitchen Centre(they are linked to the shop on Ber Street but don't think they have quite as big a mark up on their prices?)
not tried them for fitting etc but very useful & knowledgeable for advising/suppling what you require.

Actually worse than useless, they were awkward to deal with, never returned calls, did not deliver when they said, blamed others when it was their fault, failed to refund the money they promised me, shall I go on?

When we built our extension 6 years ago, we used Porcelanosa for the main suit and accessories. They are based up by the airport - CONTACT LINK HERE
I remember Dad got some decent discounts and even better discounts on some of the "end of line" accessories biggrin
