A fellow member chris.mapey has just bought a pub! And its a pub with a car park amongst some great roads no less! http://www.theangelwoodbridge.com/
I fully endorse we support his cause and organise a meet for like minded folk in Woodbridge over the winter months, anyone about for it?

Two posts above is this one about a PH meet in Suffolk: www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&f=12... !

I certainly intend to vist Mr Mapey's fine dining emporium in the near future, but for a PH meet Woodbridge is a long way east for many people (which is why it's currently held in Bury St Edmunds). However that's a matter for Darren and if enough people want to try Woodbridge for a change, then I'm all for it. Christmas Dinner perhaps? Over to you Darren!

I'm always open to suggestions for new venues, if that's what the majority of the PHEA members would like.
But as John says, it may be too far east of our patch.

I'd personally like to go along to visit the pub at some point though biggrin

Congratulation, Chris, and good luck with your new business thumbup

Darren

Having popped into Mr Mapey`s fine establishment yesterday, I can certainly recommend it one hundred percent!
Definitely worth a trip, especially as Mike (op) says he is buying the first round!
