A selection from this year's Rare Breeds Motor Show, posted in the order they were taken:
Blimey it's quite high:
The cricket ground:
The PHEA stand with crew waving!
Rather liked this AM Zagato:
PHEA stand:
This captures the atmosphere rather well I think - cars entering and leaving the show ring:
Never seen this bloke before:
Glorious weather. Mrs Toffer demonstrates how she shot down a Bf109:
Front row:
A classic rallying Mini:
Hudson Terraplane:
BSA:
A Jaguar:
Daimler Darts:
This said 'Konbrook' on the grille - must be rare as Google has never heard of it!
Possibly the most valuable car at the show, a Bugatti:
It was quite tiring:
Locomobile lorry from WW1:
Possibly the second most valauable car at the show - I'm told he has two of them!
Hey, it's a living:

Superb photos John, I like them all ALOT
The second car the owner of that Mercedes 300SL Roadster owns, is actually the 300SL Gullwing in the background!
Also my parents told me they saw the same chap accessing the gold 280SE Cabriolet in a way to suggest ownership - now that's some 3 car garage!

I remember seeing that pair there a couple of years ago, and I was amazed that most people seemed to be ignoring them. I hope they got the attention they deserve this year.crankedup said:
I'm curious, can somebody enlighten me please? The 4th photo down from top shows an orange sports car (or part of) rear half of car. What is it? Marcos?
I think you're referring to the LM Marcos mentioned here http://www.pistonheads.com/xforums/topic.asp?h=0&a...eccles said:
Quite a different shape to the older one in the picture below the BSA. Much prefer the older one.
Yes I agree, a far better looking car altogether, just noted how low the LM is with side skirts, how the eck do'es it not ground out! Looks like the race car transplanted straight to road. Nice!Simpo Two said:
I've seen that at shows with the East Anglian Classic Car Club. It's a home-built special that lives in The Hedinghams. Built by Ken Brook, it has got a copper hot water cylinder on the front..........Edited by Arthur Jackson on Sunday 6th September 10:39
