A big hello to everyone on here since its my 1st post an now a warning that i hopes not too late for some of you.
If you travel the a11 on a regular bacis you will know there is often a camera on the ketteringham lane bridge
(its the only bridge between wymondham and the a47 so you cant mistake it) i live in ketteringham an went out for a walk at lunch time an found a copper hid on the bridge with a hand held speed camera,he,s staying at the side of the bridge so he will be VERY hard to spot .As i went past he was on the radio to a mate with vehicle details so must of had a squad car at station lane or thickthorn

Thanks for that, I guess the Norfolk Speed Camera business profits are down.

I wonder if he was up there the night my shed was being emptied of £1k+ worth of gear a couple of months back...

Fcensoredg bcensoreds......

Argued with one of them eejits at the Police Gala last year as he was giving his patronising clap-trap! He was spouting on about road safety until I piped up and asked him to justify his existance nicking people do a few miles over the limit on a clear straight section of duel-carriageway and NOT nick the morons hammering through the 30mph section of our village doing 70+ inches away from my kids!

Politicians answer!

Also recently the cameras have been in the layby after the bridge, just slightly out of sight due to the corner frown Have been nearly caught out by it a couple of times - not due to speed - but due to all other road users anchoring on and going past it at ~40mph...

If it was that imbecile edwards you were talking to, best of luck. I had several email exchanges with him trying to get to the bottom of A11/Snetterton bypass puzzle. Their propaganda clearly states that they only collect speed tax from places where there'd been accident history yet their van was regularly seen raising invoices from a position on the brand new bypass which, being brand new, had no such history. Never got an ounce of sense from the bloke, then if I recall correctly he went off ill (as per most public sector leeches working non-jobs) before being pensioned off for some sort of email issue, again if I recall correctly.

Don't know who's running the racket these days.
