Right, I've just received our special passes from Helmingham Hall, and will send them out directly to everyone below by e-mail. It will include PDF passes for both stands, times, a map and everything else you need. Some of the entrants may not be on the PHEA mailing list; if not, or you don't get your e-mail from me today, please PM me and I'll send it by return.

To clarify, we have TWO PH stands. The main stand is the Club Stand and is for people who don't want to do the Driveway Run, ie:

Steve L: Fisher Fury
Paul B: Megane R26 F1
Kevin G: Lamborghini Superleggera
Darren G: Mercedes 320 'BBQ Edition'
John S: TVR Griffith 500
Mike G: TVR Cerbera
Paul K: TVR Chimaera 500
Steve K: Westfield SE
Gary R: Lotus Elise 111R
Clint H: TVR Cerbera
Kevin S: Viper
Ed B: BMW M3
Anya: TVR 350i
David J: Lathyrus 7
James T: BMW 850i
Karl N: Vauxhall VX220
Jamie M: TVR Chimaera
Stuart B: TVR Chimaera 500
Gary S: TVR S3
Steven N: Westfield
Marcus K: Westfield
Mark S: Porsche 996
Buell M: Dax V8 Rush
Patrick R: TVR Chimaera 4ltr HC
Marc: Noble M12

The second stand is near the famous driveway, and is for people who want to do the Driveway Blat, which Helmingham calls the 'Concours Run'. Hence this is the Concours Stand (It's needed because cars can't move from the Club Area - good old H&S). It's limited to 10 places; there's room for three more if you want to sign up or move from the Club Stand:

1) Dirty boy: TVR Cerbera
2) Fast Eddy: Nissan Stagea 260RS
3) V10Mike: Gordon-Keeble
4) Graham P: Ultima
5) Adrian L: Masser GT3200.
6) Steve Westlake: Audi Sport Quattro
7) Steven E: Lancia Delta Integrale Evo 2
8)
9)
10)

If I've missed anyone out or you suddenly have Sunday free and want to join at short notice, there's still room - just let me know. Thanks all! smile

There isn't actually a Pistonheads mailing list - Pistonheads (PH) is a website with forums. 'PH East Anglia' (PHEA) is entirely independent and uses the East Anglian forum of PH to promote its events, with permission to use the Pistonheads brand.

The PHEA mailing list is a private list of e-mail addresses held by myself and Darren Gee (iluvmercs) simply to communicate with people who may not read the forum very often - and of course to send out PDF passes! As you can imagine, sending out messages to 100+ people using individual PMs is not a goer - and you can't send attachments via PM.

I've just sent out the details to most people, but I'm missing e-mail addresses from:

Buell M: Dax V8 Rush

Please PM them to me asap so I can send your passes. Thanks! smile

Thought that I would mention that some bumpy ground can hide under the grass areas, so watch your bottoms, so to speak!

I hope the weather is good (current forecast is OK) - my car has no weather protection at all, not even a windscreen, so if it looks like it will rain I can't risk it... frown

Now is a good time to remind all entrants that if you want Joe Public to know how great your car is, download a PHEA Windscreen Info Sheet and then you can wander off with an easy conscience!

Just wondering if dogs are allowed? Any ideas, had a look on the website but couldn't see anything.

We visit Helmingham regularly, I don't think they are allowed in the gardens, but in the area where the cars will be, it shouldn't be a problem, as we see dogs there all the time.

Re BBQ and gazebo - I just left a message for Darren (Head of Catering, PHEA) to see if he still wants to do this (if so then it would be fair if those who want to participate bring some cookable food).

Also, the gazebo is usually loaned by Andrew H, but he's not attending this year so does anyone else have one thay can bring along? We have space for one and we may need it - sheltering from the rain in misted-up sports cars is not much fun!

Can anybody help, I can't print off the entry ticket for some reason so can anybody print me one off and then either leave it at the gate for me or meet somewhere on the way?

I did think we would be meeting up some where on the way, like usual so if anybody is comming from the southern half of the hemisphere wants to meet up on route then let us know.

It used to be at the services on the junction for the A14 and A140. Little thief I think.

I will get there for about 9am so see you if you make it.

cheers

But YES...the BBQ will be in attendance, as well as a gazebo biggrin

See you all tomorrow, or rather today! wink
